Jennifer is a Director and the Principal Coach for Positive Change Consulting.
Her commitment is to assist leaders in building workplaces where people want to be; where the focus is on looking for solutions instead of focusing on problems, where people are valued and encouraged, with training and development, to make a commitment to their organisation.
She coaches business managers, school principals and small business owners.
She is an author and speaker and facilitates coach training and leadership development programs for workplace leaders.
Jennifer is a member of the International Coach Federation Australasia in 2007 and a member of the planning team for the ICFA 2007 Conference.
Her background includes over 20 years experience as an educator - in leadership development, change management, the implementation of quality management systems into organisations, teaching and university lecturing.
