How Coaching Works

Coaching sessions for individuals can be conducted either face-to-face or via telephone, depending on where you live. Both are supported by email.

Telephone coaching sessions may be conducted either via fixed line or using the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). Either way the costs are minimal and so the choice is yours.

Once you enroll/register for a Coaching program, you will receive a Welcome Pack by email that includes

  1. templates for goal setting and action planning
  2. instructions for setting up your own record keeping system to make the most of your sessions
  3. a checklist for you to reflect on the value of each session for you

Your coach will then negotiate with you a session and time schedule that suits.

Telephone Fixed Line or VoiP

All service providers within Australia have very reasonable options available for keeping telephone call costs to a minimum.

International, or Australian telephone coaching sessions can also be conducted using the VoIP service provided by Skype.

By setting up a simple skype-to-skype connection telephone call costs will be zero.

We also offer webcam access using SKYPE to overcome any sense of isolation in coaching by phone.

Email Support

Between coaching sessions your coach will provide ongoing support via email.

Conference Call

Quarterly conference calls can be arranged with a small group of like-minded people.

The sharing of ideas can be valuable for guiding decision-making.

Complimentary Session

The initial half-hour session is completely free.

During this session you will:

  • meet your coach
  • discuss briefly what you would like to achieve from coaching sessions
  • learn how your coach works with a client
  • discuss a coaching program that best meets your needs
  • discuss a session schedule that suits
  • get answers to any questions you might have
