Annie brings to business coaching 15 years experience in Human Resource management roles, including training, cultural change and Occupational Health & Safety, in large and medium telecommunications and manufacturing organizations, working across all levels of the organisation.
She has been at the forefront of major organisational change initiatives, including the introduction of a coaching framework to facilitate sustained personal and professional development.

Leslie is a leadership coach and is based in New Zealand. She supports professional people who want to transform their daily challenges into a balanced life of personal and professional significance.
Leslie has had an active career in training and organizational development. She has directed training and organisational development efforts in healthcare, computer, academic and small businesses organizations. She was President of the Houston Chapters of the American Society of Training and Development and the International Society of Performance and Instruction.
Leslie was the Events Manager for the International Coach Federation Australasia in 2007 and chaired the planning team for the ICFA 2007 Conference. She is also an Editorial Board Member for the International Journal of Coaching in Organisations
